Mini Portrait Session:  High School Seniors

Group Mini Sessions for Special Occassions:  Proms/Formals, First Communions, Confirmations, Baby Milestones

On Location Portraits: High School Seniors, Family, Maternity

ENVIRONMENTAL PORTRAITS

Headshots:  Business, Website, Social Media Portraits:  

1 - 20 minute session:  $125 on location environmental shoot, Includes online gallery of 10-15 images with your choice of 2 image files optimized for the web. Each additional person $50.

Sports Teams

1 hour session:  $125 plus $20 per family

In Game shots:  additional $100 (this is not per person, this is for the entire team)

Includes 1 8" x 10" team photo and 1 - 5" x 7" of each player.  For in game shots includes online gallery of all game shots. We make every attempt to get an action shot of every player however due to the pace of games and varying playing times we cannot promise an action shot of every player. Print prices vary.

 

PARTIES AND CELEBRATIONS

Up to 2.0 hour session:  $450,  Each additional hour:  $15,  Includes online gallery of 25-50 images with your choice of 10 image files optimized for the web. Print packages vary.

WEDDINGS

Weddings

Up to 8 hours:  $4000

Includes online gallery of 200 + high resolution edited and watermarked images available for 1 year for ordering of professional prints and wedding albums.    Packages vary.

 

Engagements

1 hour session for wedding clients:  $150, (no minimums on print purchase)

1 hour session for non wedding clients:  $200 (minimum print purchase $150)

Extras

Standard Retouching: Prior to proofing each image has had standard light retouching and editing.

Complex Retouching, Tonal Conversion and Re-sizing: prices vary based on requirements.

Rush:  Additional Fees apply depending on your time frame.

Weather Conflicts:  If it is not possible to shoot on your scheduled day, and we will reschedule at the earliest agreed upon date.

Proofs: Clients receive a password protected link to their gallery within 72 hours - 2 weeks depending on the package.  We retain the right to edit and omit any image for any reason.

Deposits, Cancellations, Late Shows or No show:  We have a tight shooting schedule.  We are foregoing other photography jobs by scheduling your session. Deposits are required when booking a session. Deposits for individual sessions only are transferable with 1 week notice of cancellation.  Late shows may continue at the discretion of the photographer if time remains upon arrival, however your session will end at the scheduled time.

Reshoots:  If you are completely dissatisified with the results and notify us within 1 week of your online gallery link being sent we will reshoot for you at a 30% discount.  You may not retain the rights to any photos from the initial shoot for any purpose.  If a reshoot is required due to technical difficulties such as camera failure or exposure problems, your reshoot will be at no additional charge and be scheduled for the earliest possible date.

CREATIVE CHARGES ON LOCATION

Half Day (up to 4 hours) :  $800 plus expenses

Full Day (4-9 hours) :  $1,500 plus expenses

Rates prior to 8am or after 6pm subject to 30-50% off hours charge

 

PRODUCTION CHARGES

Equipment Rental: quoted per project

On-site Assistants:  quoted per project

Post Production:  quoted per project

Location/Destination:  quoted per project based on travel and accommodation expenses

LICENSING FEES

Licensing is negotiated on an individual basis depending on intended use, length of us market and quantity.  Images are provided with exclusive licenses which are negotiated based on a 1 year minimum, for North American or international use.  Images may not be resold. Images can licensed based on sliding percentage scale of the total media buy.  All copyrights remain exclusive property of photographer. License renewals after the initial time period are prorated at 50%.

Licensing Fees:  set on a sliding scale based on media buy and use - all projects are different, below is a sample rate.

Up to $999 - 15%

$1,000-$4,999 - 10%

$5,000 - $49,999 - 5%

$50,000 - $249,999 - 2%

$250,000+ - 1%
